Payment Process
  • Commissions are calculated based on completed orders based on return refund policy (non-cancellable/ returnable).
  • Commission will be accept after 37 days  (The number of days to hold commissions before paying affiliates. Helps protect against refunds and fraud during the return period)
  • Cookie tracking duration: 60 days.
  • Transparent monthly statistics available.
  • Payments via bank transfer or PayPal.
  • Payments are made only when commissions reach a minimum of $100.
  • Payment monthly, on the 10th.
 
  • Content that is discriminatory or conveys hate/divisive messages, regardless of whether it targets an individual or a group based on race, gender, origin, nationality, religion, sexual orientation, or language used by those individuals or groups.
  • Buying, selling, renting, lending, or registering Affiliate accounts.
  • Engaging in unfair competition or actions contrary to good faith, honesty, and other business standards that harm Affiliate partners, customers, sellers, third parties, or HANDDN’s economic interests.
  • Inappropriate advertisements (false claims, misleading hyperlinks, etc.).
  • Spamming (mass email, mass newsgroup posting, etc.).
  • Advertising on sites containing or promoting illegal activities.
  • Failure to disclose the affiliate relationship for any promotion that qualifies as an endorsement under existing Federal Trade Commission guidelines and regulations, or any applicable state laws.
  • Violation of intellectual property rights. Handdn reserves the right to require license agreements from those who employ trademarks of Handdn in order to protect our intellectual property rights.
  • Offering rebates, coupons, or other form of promised kick-backs from your affiliate commission as an incentive. Adding bonuses or bundling other products with Handdn, however, is acceptable.
  • Self referrals, fraudulent transactions, suspected Affiliate fraud.
  • You must have a social media account (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok…) or a website related to fashion/ lifestyle/ watches.
  • Shared content must align with the spirit of craftsmanship and high aesthetic.
  • Commitment to comply with all processes and policies set by HANDDN.

How long does the approval process take until I become an affiliate?

Fill out the sign-up form in a few minutes and we will review your application within our next working days.

Our team will carefully review your application and if yours is approved, then you’ll receive an email confirming your acceptance and some promotion assets to help you get started. For denials, we will also email you that your request has been rejected.

Upon acceptance into the affiliate program, you will receive access to your own affiliate dashboard where you can manage your affiliate links and/or coupons. When customers purchase using your link or coupon, the sales will be credited to you and therefore earn you commissions. Especially with links, even if customers don’t place orders on the first visit, your affiliate cookie will be stored in their browsers and devices – which still earns you commissions when they later purchase as long as the cookie hasn’t expired.
